Step on a switch.Please use 1 switch. They're switching in opposite ways.
The bouncer in the middle will turn like the arrow on the switch tells.
Step in the bouncer so you collect the gems.
Now change the switch by stepping on it.
Step again in the bouncer so you collect the gems.
Repeat this until you collected all gems and you'll get the star.
