Start with Patrick. Collect only one Bonus Bubble (the one marked with the red arrow), then stand on one of the purple buttons.
Switch to SpongeBob and push the beachball along the yellow path to open the green seaweed gate. Now collect the remaining Bonus Bubbles and the Krabby Patties.
